- A mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened
Important: Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been worn, washed, used, or altered
- Items without original tags, packaging, or invoice
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
3. Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- Our team will share the return shipping instructions.
- The item must be securely packed in its original packaging.
- The customer may be required to ship the product via a reliable courier service and share tracking details.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

- A mandatory unboxing video recorded while opening the sealed package
